The context-driven read procedures of mint Lesion will guide you throughout the radiological assessment according to the pre-determined protocols. The software’s analytical flexibility enables you to document significant morphologic and functional image data observations as well as classify these data in adherence to protocols and track them over time.
From the first measurement, mint Lesion links each measured value to the context of its origin, defines its clinical meaning, and thus ensures traceability, quality, and long-term usability of the gathered data.
Related clinical data can be gathered using modern browser-based forms compatible with tablets and smartphones. Furthermore, clinical data can be imported automatically from your HIS/EMR system. The data generated by mint Lesion fulfills the highest quality standards and can be used to their full potential. With these data you can reduce the sample size, the duration, and the cost of your screening, diagnostics or outcomes research.
Visualize in graphs and charts all your data from one study or across multiple studies with mint Analytics, an add-on of mint Lesion. Using a configurable search engine, mint Analytics provides you with the possibility to perform real-time analysis. Furthermore, predefined, customized analysis dashboards can be used to quickly extract relevant exploratory statistics.

Radiomics became highly appealing due to the reuse of existing data, minimal invasiveness, the promise of high accuracy of results, and cost-effectiveness.
Radiomics offers great potential for advancing precision medicine. Still, the implementation of radiomic features in a clinical setting harbors substantial challenges – which mint Lesion successfully addresses by enabling reproducibility and quantitative data collection, curation, and sharing.
All 2D ROI and volumetric measurements performed in mint Lesion can be used to calculate a radiomics footprint in compliance with the Imaging Biomarker Standardization Initiative (1st and 2nd order features). You can access the radiomics results directly from your mint Lesion user interface as well as the charts showing their longitudinal development.
To perform statistical analysis, you can conveniently configure and activate multiple radiomics exports for each individual patient or for several study cohorts. Extracted radiomic features can then be exported to XML or CSV and analyzed together with genetic and clinical data. In addition to the radiomics exports, mint Lesion supports all common data formats to export the performed annotations: NRRD/NIFTI, DICOM RT, DICOM Segmentation Objects, and DICOM SR.

Strengthen the quality of scientific research by bringing data out of departmental silos and across traditional disciplinary boundaries. mint Lesion enables all involved parties to share and use common data.
Scale your research impact with confidence. mint Lesion's multicenter capabilities ensure consistent data quality across all sites while maintaining local autonomy. It enhances collaboration within diverse national and international research networks, enabling you to tackle larger studies with more diverse patient populations.
Maximize your research ROI at every scale. As single-center researcher, you benefit from reduced setup time and automated quality checks, while multi-center studies also gain from centralized management and reduced site-to-site variability. Our standardized approach means less time training users, fewer protocol deviations, and faster path to publication.

Any software has to be easy to use, easy to adopt, and intuitive when you use it. And that's one of the nice things about mint Lesion™: It's incredibly intuitive and it's very easy to adopt.

The Mint Medical team has worked tirelessly with Imperial College London to develop and support an entire bespoke software platform to host the NIHR funded MROC study, from patient registration to the end of study. Co-ordinating CT and multiparametric MRI images, blinded double reads, treatment plans, surgical and histopathology findings and outcomes on the MROC platform has transformed the way we can deliver image-based clinical trials and bio-banking of study data.
