Job Description
As a Project Solutions Engineer in our Team, you
- Play a key role in adapting our software platform mint Lesion™ to meet the specific needs of research and clinical projects.
- Analyze customer requirements to develop high-value solutions.
- Design and assemble tailored, modular configuration packages.
- Simplify and adapt existing software features to fit project-specific contexts.
- Act as a bridge between project demands and product development.
- Combine hands-on development with a deep understanding of our platform and clinical workflows.
- Contribute to team success with your creative ideas and independent, self-directed working style.
- Share your technical insights by actively contributing to team discussions and shaping solutions.
- Identify patterns in customer needs and communicate them as structured feature requests.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields) or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with object-oriented programming, ideally developing software with modern C++
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess technical feasibility
- Comfortable translating user needs into structured, technical solutions
- Knowledge of clinical workflows, trial setup, DICOM, HL7, and relational databases is beneficial
- Well-organized, self-initiated and clearly structured, agile working style
- Entrepreneurial mind-set: proactive and creative in developing solutions and shaping ways of working across interdisciplinary teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English
