Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and scientifically minded Medical and Scientific Communications Specialist to join our Medical Content Team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, editing, and managing high-quality medical content that supports our software solutions, and educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and edit scientifically accurate content for clinical templates, white papers, publications, and presentations.
  • Translate complex medical and radiological information into clear, structured formats for diverse audiences including radiologists and clinical trial coordinators.
  • Collaborate with radiologists, clinical experts, and internal teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Support the development of training resources for users of Mint Medical’s software.
  • Support the development of a Learning Management System focussed on radiological interpretation guidelines.
  • Contribute to internal and external communication strategies, including newsletters, blog posts, and conference materials.

Qualifications

  • Degree in life sciences, medicine, biomedical engineering, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MSc, PhD, MD) preferred.
  • Proven experience in medical writing, scientific communication, or clinical documentation.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, imaging modalities, and clinical workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
  • Familiarity with structured reporting, radiology standards, clinical research, and/or electronic data capture systems is highly desirable.
