Mint Medical and the research network QUINO (Quantitative Imaging in Oncology) are funded by the Federal Ministry for Education and Research (BMBF)

Mint Medical was selected for an initiative to promote innovation and research in Germany, funded by the federal government under the leadership of the BMBF. The initiative aims at positioning Germany as an outstanding research location. German research institutes, universities and enterprises that conduct Research and Development with great dedication introduce themselves and convey, with the help of innovative topics and examples, a picture of the attractiveness of the German research landscape.

QUINO is a competence cluster consisting of the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ), the University Hospital of Heidelberg, CHILI Radiology GmbH and Mint Medical GmbH. The network partners develop new procedures in medical image analysis which cover the entire patient-centered care of cancer patients: from computer-aided diagnostics through personalized therapy to aftercare.
